Account: Create or Login

The My Account portal is a safe place to keep all of your personal and prescription information. You can place new orders, keep track of deliveries, and handle refills without having to call the pharmacy.

Create an Account

Choose “Create Account” and fill out the registration form. You must enter your legal name, date of birth, shipping address, email address, and a password. A link to verify your email address is sent to the address you gave. Click on the link to activate your profile. After you activate your account, you can upload prescriptions, add medical history, and save payment information to make checkout faster. The profile won’t be active until the email verification is done.

Sign In for Returning Customers

In the Returning Customer panel, type in your email address and password. You can find two-step verification in Account Settings. It is recommended for extra security. If you forget your password, you can use the “Forgot Password” link to get a reset code sent to your registered email.

What You Can Do in My Account

  •  Check your current and past orders with real-time tracking of your carrier.
  • Ask for refills on prescriptions that are still active.
  • You can upload new prescriptions or notes from your doctor as PDF or image files.
  • Change your shipping address, payment method, and preferred contact information.
  • Update the health profile to include current allergies and medications.
  • For counseling or order questions, send secure messages to the pharmacy team.

Notice of Security

TLS encryption protects all data transfers. The pharmacy never keeps full credit card numbers. For your safety, log out of shared devices after each use and change the password if you think someone else has accessed your account.
