Account: Create or Login

The My Account portal keeps all personal and prescription information in one secure place. Use it to place new orders, monitor deliveries, and manage refills without contacting the pharmacy by phone.

Create an Account

Select Create Account and complete the registration form. Required fields include legal name, date of birth, shipping address, email, and a password. A verification link is sent to the email provided; follow the link to activate the profile. After activation you may upload prescriptions, add medical history, and store payment details for faster checkout. The profile remains inactive until email verification is complete.

Returning Customer: Sign In

Enter the email and password in the Returning Customer panel. Two‑step verification is available under Account Settings and is recommended for added security. Forgotten passwords can be reset through the Forgot Password link; a time‑limited reset code is delivered to the registered email.

What You Can Do Inside My Account

  • Review current and past orders with real‑time carrier tracking.
  • Request refills on active prescriptions.
  • Upload new prescriptions or physician notes in PDF or image format.
  • Update shipping addresses, payment methods, and preferred contact details.
  • Edit the health profile to keep allergies and concurrent medications current.
  • Send secure messages to the pharmacy team for counselling or order questions.

Security Notice

All data transfer is protected by TLS encryption. The pharmacy never stores full credit‑card numbers. For your safety, sign out after each session on shared devices and change the password if you suspect unauthorised access.
