Returns and Refunds Process

If there is something wrong with your order, or you are just not satisfied with the quality of the products, you have the possibility of sending the items back.

If your purchase is damaged during delivery or certain goods are missing, we promise to reship your drugs at no additional cost. In this situation, you have to get in touch with our company right away (support@medsupplydrive.org). However, these situations are quite uncommon at our pharmacy.

When placing an order, be sure to double-check the delivery address you provided, since any errors might prevent the items from being delivered. Before completing the purchase, we advise you to review the order form. If you discover that you provided the incorrect delivery address, please call the online pharmacy as soon as you can. If the package has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to remedy the situation. Remember that if you didn’t receive the items because you listed the wrong address on the order form, we won’t be able to provide you with a refund.

We will provide you with the return address so that you may return the drug to the pharmacy if you are dissatisfied with its quality. The items can be returned within 30 days.

Additionally, we will resend your product to you at no additional cost if it does not reach you by the end of the time frame provided in the order form. The policy is the same for international orders. However, it is important to note that the aforementioned conditions only apply to missing packages.

If you want to return your purchase, then follow these steps:

  1. Bring your order to the nearest post office.
  2. Write the return address.
  3. Pay shipment charge (it would be refunded).
  4. When the drug arrives, we will start the refund process.
