How to Order Prescription and Non-Prescription Products

This guide explains every stage of placing an order with our Canadian pharmacy. Follow the numbered actions for prescription medicines and non‑prescription health products. Prescription Medicines

  1. Search and Select. Enter the drug name in the site search bar or browse the A‑Z index. Choose the strength, form, and quantity that match your prescription, then select Add to Cart.
  2. Create or Access Your Account. At checkout the system prompts you to sign in or open a new account. New customers provide a valid email, a password, and a shipping address. A verification message confirms enrolment.
  3. Secure Payment. Choose from Visa, Mastercard, Interac e‑Transfer, or certified cheque. Credit‑card details transmit through an encrypted gateway. No card data is stored on our servers.
  4. Upload or Send Your Prescription. After the cart, the secure document portal appears. Drag‑and‑drop a clear scan or photo of the prescription signed by a licensed prescriber. If you prefer, fax the document or email it to orders@medsupplydrive.org Keep the original; the pharmacist may request it.
  5. Complete the Health Profile. Fill in the mandatory form listing current medicines, chronic conditions, and allergies. Accurate data prevents harmful interactions and is reviewed before dispensing.
  6. Order Confirmation. An email summarises item names, quantities, prices, and an estimated dispatch date. Log in at any time to review order status.

Prescription Validity

  • Written, faxed, or electronic prescriptions are accepted.
  • The prescriber must be licensed in the customer’s jurisdiction.
  • Prescriptions must be dated within twelve months unless the drug is a controlled substance, in which case the limit is thirty days.
  • Alterations or refills beyond the prescriber’s instruction are not permitted without a new order.

Important Information

  • If you are already authorized in your personal account, just click “Confirm order” and follow the status of the order. Create new account if you are a new member of the website.
  • If you choose “Pay by card”, the funds are reserved. A cash charge-off occurs after the issuance of an online order in a pharmacy.
  • If the order is not formed, it will be automatically cancelled. Refunds are made to the card automatically.
  • An indication of e-mail during registration is a prerequisite. The email is usually used to send a message to recover your password (if you could not guess the password from your personal account); order picking statuses if you choose email as a customization option for an order: electronic receipts for orders placed with home delivery and prepaid orders.
  • International shipping. Shipping is available for most regions. Goods for home delivery are marked with a special icon. Items that are not available for delivery will not be added to the order. They will remain in the basket for the possibility of making a reservation at a convenient pharmacy.

Non‑Prescription (OTC) Items

  1. Browse by Category. Navigate to Pain Relief, Digestive Health, Vitamins, or another section and add items to the cart.
  2. Quantity Review. Verify bottle count or pack size. Some OTC drugs have provincial sales limits; the system blocks quantities that exceed them.
  3. Account Sign‑In. Returning customers skip this step if already signed in. New OTC‑only customers still need an account for tracking and support.
  4. Payment and Confirmation. Select a payment method, review totals, and finalise the purchase. A confirmation email follows instantly.

Returns and Order Changes

Report shipment errors, visible damage, or temperature excursions within 48 hours of delivery. Call +1 403 713 0856 or email orders@medsupplydrive.org with the order number and pictures when possible. Pharmacists will arrange replacement or credit. Opened prescription bottles cannot be returned.

Security

All the presented information, order details, payment services, your personal data are not passed on to third parties. We are responsible for the security of the information received and guarantee you high reliability in the preservation of your personal data. All employees of our company have received trainings on privacy responsibilities.

The collected information (your name, address, phone number, etc.) could be shared:

  • with relevant healthcare professionals, such as your doctor, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals,
  • to facilitate your request for medical services or products,
  • to manage your request for medical services or products and to provide such services or products,
  • to contact you regarding medical services or products that you have requested,
  • to facilitate your request for medical services or products,
  • to keep in touch with you.
