Product Quality and Safety

Medical Supply Drive operates from Edmonton, Alberta. Our Canadian pharmacy online functions under provincial requirements, and each order is verified by a pharmacist before release.

Product safety and authenticity lead every decision. MedSupplyDrive buys inventory only from wholesalers and manufacturers that hold current authorisations in their own jurisdictions. Each batch received is supported by purchase records, temperature logs, and manufacturer lot documentation. Products stay within the regulated cold or ambient chain until they reach the customer.

Affiliated dispensing partners assist with order volume and specialised items. They are located in Canada, the United Kingdom, Turkey, Mauritius, and the United States. Every partner must satisfy a screening process covering licensure, inspection history, and quality‑control procedures. Fewer than one in twenty applicants receive approval.

Partners that qualify share several basics:

  • a publicly listed street address and business number
  • toll‑free pharmacist access for counselling
  • a valid prescription for all prescription items
  • up‑to‑date medication and allergy information on file

We keep the list of approved suppliers intentionally small. No new supplier is added without an on‑site audit that confirms standard operating procedures for authentication, storage, and controlled‑drug security. Continuous monitoring, batch sampling, and incident‑reporting obligations remain in force for the life of the agreement.

Orders for the United States travel under the FDA personal‑importation framework. Parcels include prescription copies, invoices and content declarations for smooth customs processing. Labels follow both Canadian plain‑language guidelines and relevant US packaging rules.

The medicines you receive match the strength, form and active ingredient found at Canadian retail pharmacies. Packaging may differ, but concentration, purity and therapeutic performance remain identical to their registered specifications.
